1. 1. Professional Use Only

Refervia is intended for professional use by real estate, insurance, and related professionals and their organizations.

You agree to use the platform for legitimate business purposes connected to referral coordination.

2. 2. No Illegal or Unauthorized Referrals

You may not use Refervia in a way that violates the rules and laws that apply to you, including licensing requirements, carrier rules, brokerage rules, employer rules, privacy laws, anti-kickback laws, RESPA, insurance laws, real estate laws, consumer protection laws, or any other applicable law or rule.

You are responsible for confirming that any referral you send or receive is permitted for your situation.

3. 3. No Referral Fee or Commission Misuse

You may not use Refervia to arrange unlawful referral compensation, commission splits, kickbacks, or pay-per-lead schemes.

Refervia is a coordination tool, not a mechanism for compensation that is not permitted under the rules that apply to you.

4. 4. No Misrepresentation

You may not misrepresent your license status, company affiliation, carrier access, qualifications, availability, or client consent.

Your profile and your referrals should be accurate and honest.

5. 5. No Spam or Abuse

You may not use Refervia to send spam invites, harass others, scrape data, run automated abuse, send mass unsolicited outreach, or send abusive messaging.

Invites and messages should be relevant and welcome to the people you send them to.

6. 6. No Public Shaming or Defamation

Partner notes and labels must be used professionally for your own relationship management.

You may not use Refervia to defame, harass, threaten, shame, or spread false information about any person or organization.

7. 7. No Sensitive Data Misuse

Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information into Refervia.

You must have proper authorization to submit any client or prospect information, and you must handle it responsibly.

8. 8. No Security Abuse

You may not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, abuse credentials, introduce malware, run bots, or otherwise disrupt or compromise the platform.

You may not interfere with the security or integrity of Refervia or its users.

9. 9. Enforcement

Refervia may suspend, remove, or restrict accounts that violate this policy or create risk for others.

We may take action with or without notice depending on the situation.

10. 10. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation, please report it to us at support@refervia.com.

Refervia provides referral workflow software. Users are responsible for professional licensing, carrier rules, brokerage policies, client consent, and compliance with applicable laws. Refervia does not guarantee referral outcomes.
