3. 3. Insurance Compliance

If you are an insurance professional, you are responsible for following the rules of your carriers, your state, and any licensing or regulatory bodies that apply to you.

Partner Quality Signals are private relationship tools that reflect your own notes and preferences.

They are not certifications or ratings, and Refervia does not verify or endorse the quality of any partner.

9. 9. Team Referral Queue Disclaimer

The Team Referral Queue is an internal workflow tool for eligible organizations to route handoffs among their own members.

It does not create or guarantee any referral result and does not change your compliance responsibilities.

When you submit client information into Refervia, you confirm that you have the authorization and consent to do so.
